Baytril (enrofloxacin) is a commonly prescribed antibiotic. It’s used for dogs, cats, & birds. Although the dosage range for Baytril was initially set at 5-20 mg/kg, it's clear that prescribing at the upper end of the range causes unacceptable side effects in cats.
