The best food to benefit the liver is liver. It can be from any healthy animal raised organically. Because the liver is the organ of detoxification, feeding liver of animals raised with chemicals is no blessing. Liver sausage, or braunswager, made without chemicals is also good. Liver can be fed raw or cooked.
